FP&A Senior Manager- Food & Nutrition

Location: Paddington, UK

Salary: £83,000-£103,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Hybrid Working- 50% Hub Site

Our FP&A Senior Manager for European Food & Nutrition business is critical to driving the performance of our business and the realisation of our value creation aspiration. To realise our aspiration, this role will support the CFO and wider European Food & Nutrition Leadership team by overseeing the planning, reporting, and evaluation processes across our European business. You will partner with our Market Business Partners across Europe; liaise with Global Supply Finance and engage with the wider FP&A community across the Global Food & Nutrition business.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Provide guidance on behalf of the Food & Nutrition European CFO on key business performance topics within the European Food & Nutrition business.
• Act as a change agent to drive continued improvements in our European financial forecasting and reporting processes.
• Responsible for the preparation and review of long-term financial plans as part of the European business's Integrated Value Creation Plan process
• Accountable for the preparation of consolidated periodic and quarterly performance updates for presentation to all European Associates and senior stakeholders
• Ownership of the periodic and quarterly financial forecasting processes for the European P&L, including presentation to the European Leadership team on NSV, MAC, and Controllable Earnings delivery as part of regular S&OP cycle; direct oversight of European Overheads budget delivery; direct oversight of European Controllable Cash delivery
• Offer insights and perspective on the brand and market financial performance to support Leadership team understanding and decision-making processes
• Partner with Global Supply Finance and Controllership in the forecasting and performance monitoring of our integrated Market and Factory P&L and Cash delivery
• Partner with Budget Owners, President, and CFO in the management of Regional Overheads
• Act as the key point of contact between Supply Finance and Market Finance teams on matters such as Transfer Prices
• Representing the European business and participating in the wider Food FP&A community calls and workshops sharing best practices and learnings

What are we looking for?

• FP&A and/or Finance Business Partnering experience, ideally with sales/supply.
• Strong business acumen.
• Experience working across multiple countries is preferred.
• Experience in data visualisation to communicate financial and non-financial information using a broad range of techniques.
• Experience in data analytics to combine multiple relevant data sources, prepare data for evaluation, and identify trend and pattern insights which can then be projected into future scenarios, allowing actions to be taken to deliver against the business strategy.
