Job description
We are recruiting for industrial operatives with FLT licences to work on a power site near Ellesmere port. The majority of the works will be industrial cleaning tanks walkways and gantries, confined space attendant, general operative work such as site clearing, shovel work plus other site duties. Other than this there will be FLT work, goods in out, relocation and storage of materials etc. for this job you will be expected to work on and off of the FLT.
To be successful you will need a CSCS or CCNSG card. Local and commutable candidates only need apply as there is no accommodation allowance for this project.
You will be paid PAYE with no umbrella or payment companies being used. Rates are £13.00phr, Overtime 1 is time and a half and overtime 2 is double time. We are looking for candidates who are available 7 days a week 12 hours a day.
At the beginning of the project, you will be working 5 - 6 days a week 8 - 10hr days but as the project continues this will change to 7 days a week and 11 - 12hrs a day.
General duties will include but not limited to; FLT operation, industrial cleaning of tanks gantries and walkways, general site clearing, low pressure jet washing, shovel work, topman / hole watcher duties.
Essential requirements:
- FLT Licence
- CCNSG, CSCS or equivalent. This is required to work on site.
- Available 7 days a week 12 hours a day
Desirable attributes but not essential:
- Other site cards i.e. IPAF, PASMA, etc.
- Driving licence
- Confined space experience
- Industrial site experience
