You will play an important role in making sure some of the best-known drink’s brands in the UK are manufactured to the right quality and delivered on time to our many customers. About the Role
You will be part of a supportive team, led by (Shift Manager), working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes.
As Production FLT Driver your main tasks and duties will be:
· Accurately completing all monitoring systems required by the Company in accordance with Company Policies, Procedures and Standards.
· Working to meet team performance targets and required Company Standards.
· Working as a key member of a production team, demonstrating Company Values and flexibility to support other teams/departments where required.
· Supporting the delivery of key performance indicators for the Factory linked to Safety, Quality, People, Delivery, and Cost Standards.
· Completing quality checks and documentation – on paper and electronic systems
· Identification of Non-Conformance materials, packaging or finished goods and suggesting corrective actions.

Salary and Benefits
You will be paid an hourly rate of £13.69 inclusive of a temporary supplement pay and a 7.6% shift allowance, which as an annual salary is £29,919.41. Your shift pattern will be 3on3off rotating days and nights. In addition, you will have 2 x your annual base salary life assurance, a good company pension scheme, a sports and social fund and free on-site car parking.

For the role of production FLT driver you will need a valid FLT license and relevant experience.
