Job description
We are a well established Local Developer looking for a team member who can assist us achieve high quality handovers of 75 residential properties to our client at one of our sites, Dittons Road, Stone Cross, BN24 5ET.
The job role will be site based and include Managing sub contractors and direct labour through the finishing stages of each dwelling both internally and externally. You will carry out quality checks and Pre snagging snagging activities measured against industry and client expectations, documenting your findings and where necessary instructing sub contractors at site level with a view to rectification prior to handover to our Client . You will assist with Client walk arounds and snagging / de snagging operations through to completion of each home within the required time frame.
Working closely with the site manager and reporting progress to the Senior and wider Management team, you will be required to work under your own initiative to assist in achieving handovers of dwellings with minimal snags and defects.
Job Type: Freelance
Salary: £190.00-£210.00 per day
