An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join The Regional Development Programme at Norwich City Football Club for an Assistant coach to assist with the day to day delivery on our Impington International College Football and Education programme with our male and female scholars, this is for 10 hours per week between Monday and Friday during the day time. This is an excellent role for someone who possess the following qualifications and experiences.
- UEFA C License/ FA Level 2 or higher in a football or above desirable.
- Experience delivering in an education setting
- Experience of coaching young players in the female game
- Emergency First Aid Certificate
- Safeguarding Children Certificate
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Planning and delivering training sessions in line with the RDP’s training philosophy.
- Experience coaching under 18 players
- Ensuring our players have fantastic experiences and fall in love with football.
- Write end of season player progress reports
- To act in a manner that supports the Club’s Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment
