Team Members are essential in the daily operations of our stores. You will be required to ensure full compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety and Subway Policies in order to maintain exceptional standards of our stores.
Our customers are key to the success of our business and therefore providing outstanding customer service is paramount to this role. You are expected to be polite, courteous and accommodating towards our customers in order to provide an exceptional customer experience and to ensure repeat business.
Working as part of a busy team, you will be using your own initiative but also following instructions.
Main duties:
Key holder assist in opening/closing of store
Providing a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders
Preparing orders for delivery to our customers
Using a till to record the order
Collect payment from guests and give the correct change
Prepare food neatly, according to formula and in a timely manner
Check products in the sandwich unit area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift
Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image
Working in a team in a fast paced environment
Food safety courses and subway university training courses will need to be completed
masks provided if needed, till screen barriers and hourly sanitizer system in place
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
