Job Title: Kitchen Porter
Completing assigned tasks effectively and within stipulated deadlines. Working cohesively with other team members to achieve departmental goals. Completing tasks, with in a Hotel environment main duties include the servicing a hot buffet ,breakfast lunch and dinner buffet is on offer ,maintenance and cleaning off this ,restaurant and kitchen, this would suit someone with hospitality experience looking to further develop one's self in the hospitality sector,tasks and schedules are delivered through your chefs instructions and our food safety management system this role would suit a self driven and motivated person rolling your sleeves up and working with a positive approach with a can do attitude loads off training and certificates to be acquired with in this fast growing business ,we strive to develop our staff/team who will be passionate hardworking and deliver to expectations, you will have a strong passion for the industry and push to develop ones self compliance is at the forefront off our Hotel units Health and Safety and Food Safety management systems to develop our team. , so that's what we offer do you have what it takes is the question?
Duties:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Assist with food preparation and food service as needed
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
- Empty trash and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
- Stock and organize supplies in the kitchen
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Assist chefs and cooks with various tasks as required
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a hospitality or restaurant setting is a preferred
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Salary: £10.42-£10.75 per hour
