We are recruiting for a leading manufacturing company seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join their team at their state-of-the-art site.

Various Shifts and work pattern Available

0600-1400 & 0600-1800 & 0700-1500 & 0800-1600

1400-2200 & 2200-0600 & 1800-0600

Responsibilities:

Production: Assist in the operation equipment to produce a wide range of products.

Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients, measuring quantities, Attention to detail to maintain the highest standards of product specification.

Baking: Monitor flow of trays to oven to ensure proper cooking. Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet our quality standards.

Packaging: Assist in packaging and labelling finished products. Ensure accurate quantities, proper sealing, and adherence to food safety standards. Stack boxes on the palette.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic environment. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and equipment.

What we are looking for

Full training will be provided.

Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential in the pastry industry. A positive attitude and adaptability to changing demands are valued.

Physical Stamina: The role involves standing for extended periods, lifting heavy trays, and performing repetitive tasks. Physical fitness and the ability to withstand a fast-paced, demanding environment are crucial.

Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are necessary for smooth coordination with other production staff.
