About Dewlay Cheesemakers:
Dewlay Cheesemakers is a third-generation family run business, with a cheesemaking and packing facility. Supplying major retailers and independents across eight production lines, we are looking for production operatives to join our team.
Based on the outskirts of Garstang in a semi-rural setting, the Dewlay site is purpose built.
Competences and Experience:
-Experience of working in a food environment (preferable).
-Knowledge of operating food equipment i.e. flow wrappers, cutter or label machines (preferable but not essential).
-Team player.
-While experience of working within food production facilities is preferred, it is not essential as for the right candidate full training will be provided.
Hours and salary:
40 hours per week: 6.00am-5.00pm on a Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri four day week.
Salary: circa £11+ per hour (dependant on experience).
Weekly salary.
Good rate of overtime paid.
