Shifts will be either on TUES & WED or WED & THURS (we can be flexible dependant on the candidate's availability). Additional hours up to full time could be possible if candidate is willing to work between two locations (2 day shifts @ Bridge of Don/ Production & 2 or 3 day or evening shifts in City Centre service kitchen). JOB OVERVIEWYour role will be to assist in the preparation, cooking and packaging of our BBQ slow smoked meats for our menus, according to production needs and weekly schedule; ensuring a quality product is produced in a safe and efficient manner and the kitchen and necessary equipment is kept clean and tidy before, during and after each step in the production process.
