The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team aim for around 2 days a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings but again, are flexible on this.
Salary range - £53,900 -£81,000
Contract type - Permanent
About the role
A unique opportunity has arisen for a passionate foodie to join our Waitrose team.
As our Food Experiences Development & Delivery Manager you will be responsible for developing and delivering a fresh new strategy for Waitrose Cookery School which delivers against our ambitions and business objectives. You will be responsible for developing the operating model, budget, relevant process and success criteria for your area and will work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels to build and shape relevant aspects of the Cookery School using your expertise.
Some of your Key responsibilities include:
Create and develop exciting new initiatives and revenue streams, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as well as third party agencies - truly unlocking the potential of our talented Cookery School Partners
Responsible for the continuous improvement of the operating model, implementing new initiatives and defining the success criteria for the Cookery School
Leading through purpose and with a clear vision, inspiring the teams to maximise opportunities to drive a best in class customer experience through physical and virtual food experiences.
Essential skills you’ll need
Operational experience in Food & Drink events and experiences
Cookery School experience or similar propositional experience
Demonstrable stakeholder management and senior level influencing skills
Customer service management experience
