Your role
We are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Unit Manager to join our team at Warwick Castle. This is a permanent full time role with an hourly rate of £13.00. You will be responsible for the day to day operation of your restaurant and managing a small team.

The ingredients for success
- Excellent awareness of food hygiene standards
- Experience in a F&B role supervising or managing units
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- High energy and a positive 'can-do' attitude
- Hands on and highly organised
- Ability to lead a team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in the restaurant
Working hours will generally be 9am-5pm. However, due to the nature of the business you will be required to work weekends, occasional evenings and bank holidays.
