From £19,760 per annum (dependent on experience) + tronc share (details below)
What we need
To support us in delivering the exceptional service that our brand is renowned for, we are looking for someone who is committed to delivering exceptional service. You will be part of our Food and Beverage Team and your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that the waiter’s section and restaurant are immaculately presented
- Liaising with the kitchen team to ensure your menu knowledge is comprehensive to enable you to share this information with our guests
- Responding to guests requirements with a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Maximising revenue through upselling and exceptional product knowledge
- Handling financial transactions securely and accurately
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
- Due to our rural location, your own transport would be useful

Set at the heart of the 10,500-acre Castle Ashby Estate in Northampton, The Falcon has recently been re-imagined by Lord and Lady Northampton and is country retreat with 29 bedrooms, a destination restaurant and Wellness Centre for those in need of rest and renewal.
