Job description

Food and Beverage Team Member at Novotel Cambridge North is responsible for delivering excellent guest experience in all areas of the Food & Beverage department while ensuring that all guests Feel Welcome.

What will you be doing?

• Serving guest in all areas of the Food & Beverage department including the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Meetings & Events
• Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Ensuring cleanliness of work areas
• Following departmental and company policies and procedures
• Complying with legislative and safety regulations
• Remaining polite and courteous at all time

What are we looking for?

• Good communication skills
• Excellent grooming standards
• Ability to work on your own or in teams
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
• Flexibility to work shifts - mornings, evenings and weekends

It would be advantageous if you could demonstrate the following:

• Previous Food and Beverage and/or industry experience
• Experience with cash handling
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations

Salary: From £11.51 per hour
