We are looking for a Supervisor to assist the F&B Manager in all Food and Beverage responsibilities, including staff management and training, Health & Safety and overseeing of all food and beverage outlets. This role will be focused on our restaurant & bar department. This role is ideal for those who have experience working in customer-facing roles within the hospitality sector. However full training will be provided for individuals with a can do attitude, who are able to display a willingness to learn and a commitment to helping us to deliver our core standards and provide our guests with a great experience every time.
Food & Beverage Supervisor requirements
- To support the F & B Manager to develop, motivate and support your team so as to ensure that all company and department objectives and standards are met
- To ensure that all food and beverage staff are trained on product knowledge: food and wine specifications.
- To drive Team performance, engaging the Team to achieve revenue targets and budget productivity targets
- Support & Guide Team Members on all company operational expectations and standards
- To consistently deliver our service standards
- To adhere to all security procedures
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
