Sunningdale Golf Club are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor with a passion for service to join our talented team, providing a high standard of service for our member’s, their guests and visitors.

Position
· To welcome Members, guests, and visitors - and serve drinks and food as required in a professional and courteous manner, according to the standards set by the club.
· To be personally efficient and organised; and drive the team in providing Club standards.
· To ensure that the Club is presented, ready for service in accordance with the daily events sheets and to the standard required by the Club.
· To supervise service in the Club’s food and beverage areas, in accordance with truly world class standards.
· Lead and assist staff training, to provide a quality dining and hospitality service within all the Club’s food & beverage facilities.
· To act as an ambassador of the Club, exceeding expectations.
· Professionally communicate with all members, guests, and team.
· Create a rapport with Members - and achieve a warm, professional, and healthy relationship to make the Members feel welcome, and at home.
· To uphold and supervise CLUB etiquettes and bye laws.
· To create a positive and harmonious team spirit.
· To supervise and be responsible for opening and closing of shifts, and clubhouse.
Sunningdale Golf Club is ranked as one of the best in the world. The Club has a traditional ethos, and we are thrilled to have been accredited with Investors in People Platinum Standard. We were delighted to have hosted the 2021 Senior Golf Open and have several major events scheduled including the Curtis Cup in 2024.
We offer a 40-hour contract (excluding breaks) working 35 hours per week in the winter season and 45 hours per week in the summer season. We pride ourselves in offering sociable working hours with a good work/life balance.
We are located just off the A30, within a short walk of Sunningdale Station (Reading to Waterloo line).
