The Opportunity

Food and beverage are at the heart of all our hotels, and as our food & beverage manager, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent food experience to all our guests. You will manage all the food and beverage operations at the hotel from the main restaurant, bar, and room service.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, the management of the F&B budget with accurate forecasting, management of the labor payroll.

It should be natural for you to lead and give direction to a team of food & beverage experts who are passionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. And being a people person, you will thrive in taking ownership of their ongoing development.

Ideal Candidate

  • You will be passionate about food that’s a given!
  • Proven experience of working in a management role within a food and beverage operation
  • Will have an authentic and passionate approach.
  • The ability to create a positive culture within the team.
  • Will have strong operational knowledge and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to drive and motivate teams through periods of change, with the ability to recognise and develop future stars.
  • Excellent level of numeracy and literacy skills
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Experience in budgets and driving additional sales.
