We are currently looking for a F&B Assistant Manager to join our talented Food & Beverage team at Chessington World of Adventures. We're looking for a F&B focused individual who is enthusiastic and self-driven.

The Role
Ideally, you will come come from a catering or retail background. Alternatively, you may already have experience in supervising or managing teams and will be confident when it comes to organising them. This is a high-pressure role as the park gets busy, so you need to have a cool head and be ready for every eventuality. Flexibility is a must! You may have early starts or later finishes.
Your main responsibilities will include
- Managing the restaurants and food units during service
- Assigning team into their roles
- Organising schedules and your team to be effective on a daily basis
- Dealing with customer enquiries efficiently and handling complaints
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Driving operational excellence and supporting staff throughout services
- Opening and closing units and cashing up
You'll be set up for success if you have:
- Experience within the F&B/hospitality world
- Experience managing and leading a team
- IT literate and numerate
- Strong communication skills, reliable and flexible.
