As part of our food and beverage team your task is to delight our guests whenever you're on duty whether that's breakfast, lunch or dinner. The food is great, the views from our restaurant are stunning and that makes the role a whole lot easier! Don't worry if you don't know a side knife from a soup spoon or an appetiser from an amuse, we can take care of all that with training. All we need as a willingness to learn and friendly and caring attitude to our customers and someone that wants to work as part of a great team.

Duties will include:
- Serving Fantastic Food and Drinks to happy customers.
- Receiving compliments about the great food, the great views and the great service.
- Prepare the restaurant and bar areas for service.
- Accommodating requests form guests in a professional manner.
- Strive to anticipate customer needs and where possible react to theses to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all Health and Safety and Fire Safety Company standards are maintained.
- Having fun, working with colleagues, chatting with guests, enjoying the great surroundings.

About Us
The Dunollie Hotel is set by the serene waterside of Broadford Bay, at the foot of the mountains that lead to the famous Cuillin Hills. With 84 en suite bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, it is perfectly placed to explore an area rich in history across the Isle of Skye.
Broadford derives its name from Old Norse, meaning the wide bay. In later years, legend has it that this was the site where Bonnie Prince Charlie gave the recipe for Drambuie to Clan MacKinnon, to thank the clan for helping him escape to France. So as guests unwind in the restaurant or bar, it would be perfectly apt to sample a wee dram of this historic liqueur.
