Rockliffe Hall is an AA-rated 5 red star resort in the north of England and is set within 375 acres outside the village of Hurworth, near Darlington in County Durham. We aim to provide an outstanding personalised service to each guest who stays, spas, golfs and dines and with us, acknowledging special occasions and making them memorable for all guests. We are currently seeking Food and Beverage Team Members to join Team Rockliffe in our Nu Sana restaurant.
The Role
The main responsibilities of the role will be (but not limited to):
- Ensuring all guests coming into the restaurant receive a friendly, warm and professional welcome.
- To ensure we provide continuity of service to all guests throughout the duration of their visit, including delivery of meals and drinks.
- To ensure the restaurant is cleared down at the end of service in preparation for the next shift.
- To ensure that special requests (diets, etc.) are tactfully and skilfully handled.
- To co-ordinate with the Kitchen in a professional manner throughout service.
