We are looking for a Duty Manager to work across the hotel's departments with a more in depth approach in Food & Beverage.

The hours are not 9 to 5; you’re on your feet a lot; you’ll be asked the same question over, and over, and over (and over) … and you will be working that August bank holiday.

But… You will be doing a job that makes people happy, and one that can take you around the world. You’ll learn, pick up interests, and take pride in becoming an expert. You’ll be faced with a huge array of options for your future – from wine to accounting to senior management. And you get to walk through that door marked ‘private’.

- Great attitude, professional appearance and willingness to learn

- Previous hotel, food & beverage or event experience is preferred

- Excellent customer service & complaint resolution skills

- A multi-tasker who can handle a quick pace and a variety of situations
