Job description
Main Purpose of Job: To support our Food and Beverage Manager with the running of our busy café and restaurant delivering 5* service and assist with managing our large team.
Responsible to: Food and Beverage Manager
Hours: 40 hours
Location: Silverdale Holiday Park & The Royal Silverdale

Main Responsibilities
- Giving 5* customer service
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and timely
- Ensuring food and drinks are served in a timely manner
- Liaising with Chefs to ensure menu is kept up to date
- Manage large team on shifts to ensure all team members are where they should be and are working effectively and efficiently
- Resolve any complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and food hygiene guidelines.
- Motivating and encouraging team
Key Requirements
- Experience working in a busy café/bar environment
- Leadership skills
- High level of customer service
- Ability to deal well under pressure
Qualifications
- Formal qualifications are not required in this post but experience leading a team in a busy hospitality environment is a must.
