Food and Beverage Manager
Location: Holiday Inn, Ellesmere Port
Contract: 40 Hours

What you’ll be doing!
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will take hands on control of all F&B service within our hotel. Main areas would be within Open Lobby areas, where delivering the brand standards, exceptional service and a warm friendly environment will be key to the success. Weddings and Events will also be a key part of the role and good organisational skills, a strong presence and imagination will be required.
Managing and nurturing the team, getting the best from them and motivating them to exceed our guests expectations will ensure that performance levels are met.
This is a role where you will be the face of the operation and will be the point of contact for guests and staff alike, a job for a person who loves being around people.

Job Profile
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Leading the customer service experience
· Effective forecasting and budgeting supported by rostering and timesheets
· Performance management of all Food & Beverage team members – Including reviews
· Delivery of Brand Standards
· Be supportive and approachable
· Training and development of team members
· Support other departments to create cohesion between all areas
· Ensure all targets and metrics are achieved
· Upholding food hygiene standards within food service areas
· Effective communication with day time operational team and support team.
· Supporting the development of multi-skilled Open Lobby Team Members
Additional duties & responsibilities may be required in this role.
