Ramada Solihull is located in the centre of Solihull, just off the high street, with 146 bedrooms, 6 Conference Rooms with a Maximum capacity of 200 and a Restaurant. This Tudor Building surrounds one of the oldest Bowling greens in the United Kingdom adding both Character and Charm.
We are now looking for a friendly , confident person to join our Food & Beverage department and to be flexible to deliver excellent customer service to our Guests,
The applicant we are looking for will have had at least one year customer service experience working in the retail or Hospitality Industry, Have a Mature outlook and an understanding of a customer journey..
