BARTENDER

Job Description

• Welcoming customers at the bar area and asking what they need
• Providing knowledgeable and creative drink recommendations
• Fulfilling customer drink orders accurately and promptly
• Keeping the bar stocked by replacing empty bottles and kegs of beer
• Cleaning the bar, washing glasses and wiping down surfaces
• Taking cash or card payments from customers
• Verifying the age and checking the identification of potential customers
• No prior bartending experience needed/ full bartending training provided at the hotel
• Job requires irregular hours, late evenings, and weekends

Waiter/Waitress

Job Description

• Maintained hospitality standards while serving food to guests.

• Assisted the guests with name, descriptions, origins, and ingredients of each food and drink items
• Ensured guests are greeted with appropriate salutations and ushered to the seating area.
• Managed to take back crockery and cutlery to the dishwashing area
• Meets with managers and wait staff daily or regularly in order to learn about menu changes and specials as well as discuss upcoming reservations and customers with special needs

EVENTS PORTER

Job Description

• physical set-up/takedown of all furniture and equipment
• utilizing a variety of equipment including tables & chairs, stages and platforms with skirting, portable dance floors,
• Vacuums event areas and other light cleaning duties
• Minimal / no guest interaction / no payments / no cash handling
• Very Basic English level required
• This position requires the porter to be medically capable of performing the following functions (but not limited to): back, leg and body motions in order to lift, sweep, mop, move furniture and supplies.
