The role of a Food and Beverage Assistant consists of;
- Providing an excellent customer service that’s anticipates individual guest needs
- Provide drinks service to the tables in the bar, as required
- To assist colleagues in other areas
- Ensure all departmental procedures and polices are followed correctly and professionally
Due to the nature of the business, late night, weekends and seasonal holiday work is all essential to succeed within the role.
