40 hrs contract; £25,380 per annum, (£22,880 + £2,500 per annum guaranteed service charge payment paid quarterly)

The Role
- You will be working across our range of food and beverage departments including; Estate Grill (2 Rosette), Conference & Banqueting Suites and Lounge service.
- Service for guests covers breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days per week so candidates must be available for flexible shift patterns across 5 days including weekends.

- Sample shifts through the week could include 6.30am – 4pm, 6pm – Midnight, 2pm – 1am (for events). Total hours per week over 5 days would be 45 hours.
Main Duties;
- Preparing the Estate Grill, lounge or function room for service
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Taking guest orders
- Serving food and beverage including alcoholic beverages
- Completing satisfaction checks
- Resolving any service issues
- Presenting bills to guests and taking payment
- Resetting the restaurant, lounge, function room at the end of the shift ready for the next service
- Ensuring work area is clean and tidy before departing
Requirements;
- 5 days per week, flexible shifts as outlined above. 40 hours per week
- Smart appearance, excellent communication skills with a passion for guest service
- Experience within a quality food service hotel/restaurant required
The Place
5 Stars, 56 bedrooms spread across the Hotel and adjoining Cloisters and Coach House and set in 50 acres of stunning gardens. For dining The Tudor Pass with 3 Rosettes, as well as the 2 Rosette Estate Grill. A beautiful 14th century Tithe Barn is available for functions together with the Orangery, the Conservatory and a range of other meeting and private dining rooms.
