We are looking for Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team!

Duties & Responsibilities

Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service, including dealing with customer complaints promptly.

Comply with all health and safety regulations. Raise awareness of maintenance issues.

Have knowledge of relevant legislation regarding service of alcohol and licensing.

Correctly rotate and store stock to reduce wastage.

Ensure adherence to cash management procedures.

Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of all F & B areas.

Understand special diet, allergies and cultural needs of all customers.

Maintain standards in line with the SOP.

Part-time hours: 20 -25 per week

Salary: From £10.42 per hour
