What you’ll be doing!
Full/Part time roles avaiable - Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre is looking for warm, welcoming and outgoing individual to join the Food and Beverage team. Working in the Glasshouse Bar and Restaurant you will deliver exceptional service to each one of our guests whether it be first thing in the morning as they enjoy a leisurely breakfast or last thing at night at they relax at the bar. As a food and beverage assistant you will have a natural passion for hospitality you will ensure that all guests are served in a professional and friendly manner.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Deliver an outstanding F&B experience to our guests
2. Understand & deliver our drinks/food menu
3. Be the first point of communication for our guests in the F&B outlets
4. Ensure policies & procedures are followed including cashing up the end of your shift
5. Provide a polite & professional service to our guests at all times
6. Ensure the F&B outlets are presentable at all times
7. Up-selling in line with latest department targets/incentives
8. Comply with H&S regulations
9. Bringing food & drink to the guests table
10. Work with a large team on a daily basis and support each other with development
