Food and Beverage Administrator

We are recruiting a full time Food and Beverage Administrator
Working 40 hours per week, 5 days out of seven, (shifts)
You must be available to work flexible hours including where required, some evenings and possibly weekends.
Reporting to the Executive Head Chef and the Food and Beverage Operations Manager
You will be responsible for hotel kitchen and food and beverage administration
Key communications: Executive Head Chef, Estate Head Chef, Head Chefs, Kitchen Brigade,
Hotel Manager, F&B Operations Manager, Heads of Department.
Job purpose: To provide full support to the Executive Head Chef, Head Chefs and Food & Beverage operations team to ensure all allocated administration processes are managed in a professional and timely manner, and to communicate effectively between all departments.
This is a varied and interesting role covering a variety of administration tasks in these key departments within the hotel.
Skills and experience:
Having experience in a similar position is preferred.
Strong communication skills, verbal, listening and writing in the English language.
Proactive and reliable.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
