Title - Foaming + Case Operative
Where - Unit 1, Gerard, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B79 7UW
Reports to – Dan Adams (Team Leader)
Job Purpose - To aid in the daily Foaming process of all flight cases to meet production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Complete a full induction of all FCW manufacturing processes
2. Undertake a full machine training program
3. Work to specific daily KPI targets
4. Work under instruction from department team leader
5. Meet daily production and customer demands
6. Perform daily to meet required quality standards set
7. Maintain and meet team demands and expectations to ensure targets are meet
8. Understand and develop each process taken to manufacture the required product
9. Work well under pressure to deliver on all quality and deadlines set
10. Maintain workstation and tools to meet required housekeeping standards
