Job DescriptionJob Title – Team Member - Arena Monitoring, Receptionist, cafe member, Party Host, CleaningFlip Out Bradford is a BRAND NEW adventure park situated in The Broadway shopping centre due to open October 2023. We are looking for outgoing team members with a big personality to come along and join our team.Reporting to – Site Management TeamFlip Out is about creating unforgettable fun, one guest at a time. If you enjoy the challenges and variety of working in a team that is focussed on working to give every one of our guests a great experience, we’d like to talk with you.If you’re ready to join this fast-paced, fun and people-focused environment, here’s what will make sure you are perfect for the role at one of our sites:We are recruiting for team members which will include;Key Measures of Success:Experience of customer facing rolesA team player with excellent communication skills and a real flair for customer serviceAn interest in fitness and trampolining would be great.Duties & Responsibilities:Providing customers with excellent service during their visit to the park.Greeting customers in a positive, friendly and timely manner.Establishing customer requirements; suggesting most suitable products for customers, upselling and suggesting promotions, where possible, taking customer orders.Seeking customer feedback; personally, acting on feedback where possible.Complying with company proceduresAdhering to all health and safety proceduresComplete operational opening and closing checks in accordance to company policyalways Ensuring customer safetyQualifications/SkillsA good level of spoken EnglishLevel Food Hygiene DesirableFirst Aid DesirableWorking ConditionsWe will have a number of shifts available which cover from opening to closing of the park and are looking for flexible team members to join us. Our busiest times will be at the weekends, bank holidays, during the school holidays and after school hours so availability across these peak periods is required.
