In order to operate in such large numbers, we rely on the Flight Planning function which forms part of the Navigation Delivery Team within the Air Traffic Management structure within easyJet.
We are recruiting Flight Planning Officers to join us here at easyJet. Based in the Integrated Control Centre (ICC), the team has the primary responsibility for managing all aspects of the flight planning process, ensuring safety and compliance, whilst providing the customer with the highest possible quality of service, be it passengers or crew.
What you need to do this role
An Airline Meteorology and geographical awareness along with good financial and commercial awareness will support you in your day to day responsibilities. An understanding of the safety and operational drivers within a dynamic, cost focussed business along with good working knowledge of European Air Traffic Network is also good to have under your belt. You will need high level numeracy, literacy and communication skills to succeed.

Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in Luton, and will be an average of fourteen shifts per 28 days, the shifts will be 12 hours shifts, typically from 0630am-1830pm (Day shift) , or 1830pm-0630am (Nightshift).
