Are you interested in delivering change in a fast paced, operational working environment? Then this is the role for you.
You will help define and clarify issues and challenges, then work to structure and deliver solutions. This will mean regular stakeholder reviews, agreeing and tracking actions and holding owners to account all to help ensure expeditious delivery. You will work alongside a range of stakeholder from across the business: Flight Ops leadership team, the corporate industrial relations teams including Flight Ops Employee Strategy Manager, pilots and their trade union representatives. You will be confident in providing verbal and written correspondences including summaries for senior level stakeholders. Your approach will be supported by analytics and you will be confident in explaining and evaluating data. Positive, constructive working relationships, especially with trade unions, are an essential part of successful delivery and this role will be central to ensuring that these are effective for Flight Operations, its pilots and ground colleagues.
