Job Overview:
This is an exciting and varied role in Flight Operations, an ever-changing and reactive environment, that would suit an organised, proactive and professional individual, confident to engage and communicate at all levels. A great deal of multi-tasking and prioritising involved, due to the dynamic nature of the department, hence a great development and learning opportunity for the job holder.
In this role you will provide business support across a wide range of activities within the Flight Operations central office, supporting the Office Manager, Quality Manager and the wider team in almost all aspects of the department.
What you’ll be doing:
- General business support to the Office Manager.
- Travel bookings and processing of associated expenses.
- Support to aircraft ferry and associated support to aircrew.
- Support to VIP and Customer visits.
- General administration support to Aircrew.
- Coordination of test flight technical publications.
- Secretarial support.
- Local IT Administration.
- Department Security Liaison Officer.
- Support to Quality Management activities including transition to new Quality Management System.
- Records & ITAR Co-ordinator.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
- Administration skills including the ability to organise, prioritise and be adaptable
Desirable:
- Experience working with external stakeholders
- Competent in diary and email management, arranging meetings and other secretarial duties

The Business Administration Team:
Would you like to work within our Business Administration team? You will have the opportunity to liaise with the customer, supporting fast jet aircrew and the wider Flight Operations department.
