GUEST EXPERIENCE - The main focus for the flight crew is to ensure our guests have an out-of-this-world experience. Praise, support, encourage and look after our guests. Laugh with them. High Five them, Keep them safe! For our younger guests, tell their mums and dads and grandparents what they’ve done. Let guests know of our offers.
Cleaning the park to a high standard, checking in guests. Meeting and greeting, answering phone calls, playing games in the park, hosting parties. Maintaining our park.
