This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated and professional housekeepers to be part of a team ensuring all our sites based at cleaned to a high standard.
Duties will include:
- Following a daily cleaning schedule as tasked by your line manager
- Be able to adapt to complete ad-hoc cleaning requirement
- Ensure cleaning stock is maintained
- Follow relevant hygiene, health and safety regulations
To work as part of Housekeeping team within a clinical / admin and social care bases. The post holder will be responsible for cleaning in line with the Medway Community Healthcare CIC and NHS National Standards for cleanliness undertaking general cleaning (including toilets and clinical areas) and related tasks to a high standard in line with NHS National Standards of cleanliness, following the guidelines as set out in the daily schedules. Duties will include opening and closing the building if required. Carry out stock control/monitoring/ordering self manage ESR training including logins and passwords, Manning reception on occasion to cover
shifts.

NVQ / CSE / GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
NVQ Level 1 in Cleaning & Support Services
Experience
Previously worked in a health environment
Previous cleaning experience Experience of teamwork.

Understands NHS colour code system.
Eg publication in appropriate
journals, etc
