We are seeking a full time Fleet Support Engineer for our Boeing 757 Flight Test Aircraft (FTA) to join our experienced Fleet Management within the CAMO team based in Doncaster, reporting to the CAMO Project Manager.
Candidates should have demonstrable knowledge and experience working in a CAMO, Airworthiness or Technical Support related role as well as strong IT and communication skills. This role, whilst based at Doncaster, offers a hybrid mixture of working at home, in the office and off-site in support of maintenance and modification programmes and flight trials.
The role’s key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Ownership of fleet maintenance programme, including the review, development, and amendments in conjunction with any contracted or sub-contracted CAMO
- Reliability Programme/Monitoring – Review and analysis of reliability data and reports.
- Fleet maintenance planning for both short and long-term projections
- Work scope planning for base maintenance inputs
- Management of major components including Engines, Landing Gear and APU
- Organisation of spares, repairs and stock provision to support operations
- Management of modification status and configuration control including mass and balance
- Liaison with Design and Maintenance in support of the flight test programme
- Oversight of all maintenance, modification programmes and repairs
- Review, assess and process incoming airworthiness data (mandatory and non-mandatory), such as AD, SB and ICA etc in line with airworthiness procedures
Candidates must have a strong understanding and knowledge of Part M/Part CAMO, Part 145 and Part 21 regulations. Experience and involvement with significant aircraft modification programmes and Boeing aircraft is highly desirable.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the Right to Work in the UK. Applicants must also be able to successfully pass a company sponsored Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) and/or Security Check (SC) Clearance. In addition, a full UK driving license is required.
