Position: Logistics Administrator
Reporting To: Logistics Supervisor
Status: Permanent
Salary: £22,000 per annum plus benefits
Hours: Full Time (basic hours are 9.00 a.m. to 17.30 p.m)
Based: Reading

The Role:
Reporting into the Logistics Supervisor, the Logistics Administrator will support the department in ensuring daily tasks are completed in a timely manner and ensuring that order queues and stock levels are managed accordingly.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
· Dispatching terminals to new merchants each day
· Arranging terminal swaps, replacements and upgrades
· Sending log in details for Virtual Terminals
· Managing the stock levels and ordering stock from relevant suppliers
· Booking stock in and out of the system
· Managing terminal returns and collections
· Processing accessories and paper roll orders
· International shipments
· Monitoring the overall terminal estate
· Assisting with the daily logistics tasks as and when they arise
The Successful Candidate:
Will be able to evidence…
· Professional, clear and confident communication skills on the telephone;
· Excellent verbal, written and communication skills, including the ability to write letters and other correspondence;
· Excellent organisation skills;
· High energy with the ability to multi-task and prioritise as appropriate;
· Attention to detail and the ability to always produce accurate work which is clear and complete;
· Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) together with the confidence to effectively maintain and use other in-house databases as required;
· Living within a reasonable commute of Reading.
