Wholesale and Logistics Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire supply chain, using your expertise to optimize efficiency and accuracy in the wholesale process.
- Manage the timely booking and coordination of containers and pallets, ensuring seamless transportation of goods.
- Maintain accurate stock levels, utilizing their WMS system to track product availability and prevent shortages.
- Process and reconcile payments using QuickBooks and Xero, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
- Provide exceptional service to customers by promptly addressing inquiries via email, telephone, and B2B portals.
- Update cost sheets and implement pricing strategies, collaborating with suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
- Work with various databases to extract, analyze, and interpret data, providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.
- Manage and engage with their social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, captivating audiences with creative and compelling content.
- Collaboration Alchemist: Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth communication, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing streamlined procedures to enhance productivity.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a cash and carry/wholesale/supply chain/import-export/distribution or FMCG business, showcasing your understanding of the wholesale industry.
- Familiarity with logistics operations, including container and pallet booking, to ensure seamless transportation.
- Experience in processing payments and bank reconciliations, preferably using QuickBooks and Xero.
- Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Meticulous and accurate, ensuring precision in inventory management, financial transactions, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in working with computer systems and databases, including experience with WMS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to provide exceptional customer service and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of extracting valuable insights from data to drive informed business decisions.
