Fleet Administrator - 3 month project
We have an exciting opportunity to develop your administration skills within our busy fleet department. Your exceptional work ethic and administration skills will support the business during a thriving 3 month project.
Hourly rate: Minimum wage plus bonus
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Contract type: 3 month fixed term contract
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Required skills as a Fleet Administrator:
- Work within our National Fleet Department processing customer orders and sales.
- Input data onto the computer based system accurately and efficiently.
- Manage bulk orders of various vehicle types.
- Communicate with the team to ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Handle incoming queries regarding vehicle status.
Required skills as a Fleet Administrator:
- Understanding of working within an administrative role.
- IT and computer literate.
- Ability to manage a high workload.
- Well organised.
