In a context of a replacement we are looking for our new talented Fleet manager
based in UK

Your main tasks as Free2Move B2C/B2B Fleet Manager:

• Contribution to logistics strategies, storage, reassignment, inventory, insurance relations and maintenance management

• Responsible for fleet economic performance (Car On Demand, Employees and Affiliates)

• Management of all existing long-term fleet

• Management of the external providers: input/output/delivery/restitution/reassignment/claims

• Steering vehicle assistance in case of failure

• Management of framework contracts: suppliers, logistics providers and repairs

• Vehicle mileage monitoring and economic guidelines

• Administrative management

• Processing of customer requests related to after-sales (component failures, guarantees, recalls, etc...)

• Management of customer disputes (post insurance), damage assessment and customer invoicing

• Contrats upsale and renewals: negotiating new prices, duration, etc.

• Support for vehicle monitoring and recovery

• Monitor a dashboard with operational and economic indicators (FRE, Real Life Maintenance lead time, logistics, reallocation to fleet, etc.)

• Contribute to fleet renewal (vehicle orders, remarketing strategy)

Expected skills:

• 1st experience in fleet management / fleet / VPA
• Experience in the B2C and B2B relationship and/or long-term rental and/or RENT
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Customer and telephone relationship
• Proficiency in office tools including Excel (or other spreadsheets)
• Sense of customer satisfaction
• Rigor, Responsiveness, Editorial Ease
• Team spirit
• Autonomy, Organization
