We are working with a fast-fashion retail chain, based in Cardiff, that are looking for a Flagship Store Manager to join the Cardiff branch. They ideally need somebody who has experience working in a large store with retail experience.
What you'll be doing
- Manage day to day operation of the store.
- To ensure high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
- Ensure excellent visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Coach, manage and motivate team to deliver all targets.
- Drive sales throughout the team to increase revenue through analysing sales results.
- Communication with Regional Manager and peers on sales performance and opportunities.
What you'll need to apply
- Sales and people focused to deliver an excellent customer service to all.
- Proven track record within a high turnover fast fashion environment
- Strong communication skills in order to establish and coach a high performing team
