Location: Bury, Manchester

Salary: £31,119

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift: 4 on 4 off

  • To coordinate and provide support and information in the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines
  • To help achieve the operational standards and defined outcomes for your responsibility area during shift in individual approach.
  • Communicate productivity and direct hours targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected from them - including communication to new hires
  • Support the team to follow Safety Standards and to help reduce or eliminate health and safety related risks
  • Track team and individual performance
  • Track team and individual set up time, overtime and absents

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment
  • Coaching and active listening skills
  • Good balance of Results and respect approach
  • Ability to drive Standards within the direct team
  • Various MHE licences are an advantage
