Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift: 4 on 4 off

- To coordinate and provide support and information in the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines
- To help achieve the operational standards and defined outcomes for your responsibility area during shift in individual approach.
- Communicate productivity and direct hours targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected from them - including communication to new hires
- Support the team to follow Safety Standards and to help reduce or eliminate health and safety related risks
- Track team and individual performance
- Track team and individual set up time, overtime and absents

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment
- Coaching and active listening skills
- Good balance of Results and respect approach
- Ability to drive Standards within the direct team
- Various MHE licences are an advantage
