Job description
Join one of the UK's leading hospitality businesses as an Assistant Manager. The Restaurant Group (TRG) has 400 restaurants and pub restaurants throughout the UK, our portfolio includes our Concessions business that trades mostly in UK airports, Frankie and Benny's, Chiquito, Wagamama's and Barburrito. We've over 40 years' experience of providing exceptional hospitality.
You're someone who can provide excellent hospitality to our guests, no matter what time they are dining with us, airport shifts can start as early as 3am. As an experienced Assistant Manager, you'll lead and motivate team members to make sure we deliver an excellent experience every time. And early starts means early finishes!

What we're looking for in our Assistant Manager
- Experience of hospitality management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility in hours, airport shifts can start at 3am
- Also be able to provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.
