Job description
- Manage and support the Affiliate Marketing Program (Content/Influencer Media, Coupons/Deals, and Loyalty/rewards/cashback)
- Monitor day to day affiliate activities, such as communicating promotions, securing monthly placements, and responding to publisher inquiries
- Identify opportunities and execute on campaign management to grow the program
- Campaign review to ensure proper budget pacing, KPIs, and QA are met
- Develop, run, and evaluate tests around commission, promotions, targeting, creative, etc
- Assist in affiliate payment process in partnership with our finance team
- Report on channel performance on a weekly and monthly cadence, ensuring traffic and revenue growth while maintaining steady return
- Manage Ad Ops tasks such as feed integration, link tagging, etc.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and ensure best practices are met
- Opportunity to support other channels such as Amazon Advertising and Wholesale Sponsored Ads
- Potential to manage 1 direct report depending on experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an ecommerce environment
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing affiliate marketing
- Experience with within tools like Impact, Rakuten Advertising, Partnerize, or CJ Affiliate with additional experience in search management, social platforms, and Amazon Advertising being a plus
- Strong quantitative analytics skills - able to distill down results into actionable next steps
- Strong project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners
- Direct management experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree or comparable working experience
