• You will be the Assistant Manager looking after a team of 12
• You will drive KPIs within the store to ensure sales targets are reached
• You will ensure that the highest levels of luxury service standards are maintained
• You will be responsible for coaching and developing the team to drive store productivity

Requirements

The Assistant Manager's ideal Candidate:

• You will already be a successful Supervisor or Assistant Manager looking to step up into a more demanding environment
• The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team.
• Excellent communication and ‘people’ skills.
• A strong commitment to client service and maintaining excellent store standards.
• Ability to multitask and professionally work under pressure.
