The Assistant Manager Role:
- You will be the Assistant Manager looking after a team of 12
- You will drive KPIs within the store to ensure sales targets are reached
- You will ensure that the highest levels of luxury service standards are maintained
- You will be responsible for coaching and developing the team to drive store productivity
Requirements
The Assistant Manager's ideal Candidate:
- You will already be a successful Supervisor or Assistant Manager looking to step up into a more demanding environment
- The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and ‘people’ skills.
- A strong commitment to client service and maintaining excellent store standards.
- Ability to multitask and professionally work under pressure.
