Assistant Manager
We have a rare opportunity for the right candidate to join the management team of a highly aspirational and driven tasting menu restaurant based in Hove, with 3 AA rosettes, and currently pushing for a Michelin star.
The right candidate will have management experience and be well versed in providing high end service to guests. Experience at a similar level is preferred, but candidates with experience at more casual dining establishments will be accepted. Some knowledge of wine is preferred as well, and the restaurant provides the a great environment to be constantly tasting new wines, and learning about exciting wine regions and producers.
We offer a 4/5 day working week, a private medical insurance top up scheme, and service charge in addition to wages will be in approx 10K per annum.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
