Job Title: First Aid Trainer
Location: Devon, South West Area
Job Type: Freelance
Salary: £150.00 Per Day
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced First Aid Trainer to join our team and deliver first aid sessions at schools across the South West. As a First Aid Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and informative first aid sessions to school students.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality first aid training sessions to school students in accordance with our training program
- Ensure that all training sessions are engaging, informative, and tailored to the needs of the students
- Assess students' understanding of first aid principles and provide feedback to improve their knowledge and skills
- Ensure that all training materials and equipment are maintained and kept up to date
- Build strong relationships with schools and teachers to ensure that our training program meets their needs
- Provide regular reports to the management team to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Keep up to date with the latest first aid practices and regulations
Requirements:
- Relevant first aid qualifications and training experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with students and deliver informative and engaging training sessions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work during school hours and travel to different locations across the UK
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle
- HCPC Registeration for paramedics
