FIRE, HEALTH & SAFETY CONSULTANT
Do you or have you recently worked as a Fire, Health & Safety Consultant? We have an opportunity to join our professional service team as a Fire, Health & Safety Risk Assessor/ consultant. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about fire safety in the built environment and love the idea of being a key player in an innovative growing company.

TO APPLY, WE NEED TO SEE THE FOLLOWING FROM YOU
- 3+ years' experience undertaking fire risk assessments in residential and/ or commercial buildings within the built environment
- 2+ years' experience in Health & Safety
- Good working knowledge of Approved Document B
- Good working knowledge of BS 9999 / 9997
- Must be happy to undertake Fire Risk Assessments and General Risk Assessments at the same time
- Experience with General Risk Assessments in buildings
- Strong interpersonal skills and report writing abilities as well as a comprehensive understanding of current UK regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
- NEBOSH or equivalent qualification in Fire or Health & Safety
- Recognised fire safety memberships e.g. AIFireE, MIFireE, GIFireE, MIFSM or MIFPO (ADVANTAGEOUS)
JOB SPECIFICS
- We are offering a competitive package between £40,000 and £50,000 per annum (subject to skills, experience, location and track record)
- The majority of our work is within London and the surrounding area, but you may be required to work in other major UK cities such as Birmingham and Manchester from time to time
- Committed to CPD and able to attend, keep up to date with updates and courses as directed by the company (The company funds courses to increase your certification and knowledge)
